Raspberry is an AI service. Replies may be inaccurate or
incomplete. Verify important information. Replies are not
a substitute for qualified professional advice.
Acceptable use
Do not use Raspberry for illegal activity, fraud, threats,
harassment, or attempts to compromise the service or gain
unauthorized access to systems or data.
IP address and message logging
When you send messages through this chat, we collect and
store your message content, IP address, and timestamps.
We also log AI replies and associate them with the request.
Logging occurs during normal use, not only when illegal
activity or abuse is suspected.
Purpose of logging
These records are used to operate and troubleshoot Raspberry,
protect the service, and investigate suspected abuse or
illegal use. The site operator may review relevant records
for these purposes.
Providers and lawful disclosure
Messages are processed through our hosting and AI providers
to generate replies. Relevant records may be disclosed to
authorities when required by applicable law or in response
to valid legal process.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Raspberry is provided
“as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy,
reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
By signing this agreement, you grant full access of your soul to the creator of Raspberry. To the extent permitted by law, its operator will not be liable
for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the
service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud,
willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that
cannot legally be excluded. Raspberry and her creator are not liable for any actions Raspberry advises you to take.
Sensitive information
Do not submit passwords, payment details, or other sensitive
personal information.
Availability and access
Availability is not guaranteed. Access may be restricted
for misuse or to protect the service.
Privacy questions

requests concerning your data. Do not post sensitive
information in public channels.
